BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court July 17-29.

Robert E. Ayer Jr., 19, of Monhegan, disordely conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Brooks Feb. 19, 2014, $500 fine; sexual misconduct with a child under 14 years in Brooks Feb. 19, 2014, dismissed; solicitation of a minor by computer in Brooks Feb. 19, 2014, dismissed.

Craig R. Carlson, 28, of Lebanon, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Northport Dec. 14, 2012, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Belfast Dec. 12, 2012, one year in prison and $400 fine.

Benjamin S. Foster, 33, of Searsport, probation violation in Waldo Nov. 1, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Derek J. Keller, 24, of Freedom, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Knox July 13, 2013, three years in prison with all suspended and two years of probation.

Corey L. Merrill, 26, of Belfast, probation violation Aug. 7, 2014, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Derrick E. Roberts, 26, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Swanville Nov. 3, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont (two counts) Nov. 3, both dismissed; burglary in Searsmont Nov. 3, dismissed; burglary in Swanville Nov. 3, dismissed.
