BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Belfast District Court May 29 - June 10.

Stefanie Jimoulis Bates, 42, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Frankfort March 24, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Diana R. Blood, 29, of Belfast, false public alarm or report in Belfast Nov. 16, 24 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 16, dismissed; failing to make an oral or written report of an accident in Belfast Nov. 16, dismissed.

Christopher Brillard, 31, of Unity, terrorizing in Freedom April 7, 2014, 90 days in jail; probation violation in Unity June 27, nine months in jail and probation revoked.

William Chadwick, 29, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty July 18, dismissed.  

Wayne L. Curtis, 54, of Belfast, failure to comply with the sex offender registry act in Belmont Jan. 16, $500 fine. 

Jay C. Ditullio, 21, of Jackson, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville Oct. 1, $500 fine. 

Scott J. Eldredge, 45, of Portland, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Islesboro July 21, 2013, $400 fine; domestic violence assault (two counts) in Islesboro July 21, 2013, both dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Islesboro July 21, 2013, dismissed. 

Ryan M. Frederick, 31, of Dixmont, operating under the influence in Troy Feb. 27, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Daniel Gage, 39, of Unity, operating under the influence in Unity July 5, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Unity July 5, dismissed. 

Stephen Hoffman, 20, of Passadumkeag, probation violation in Winteport March 12. 2014, 45 days in jail and probation partially revoked. 

Dawn R. Light, 32, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 26, five days in jail and $500 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast Feb. 26, five days in jail. 

Marshall H. Lowe, 51, of Jackson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks Dec. 17, 24 hours in jail; criminal trespass in Brooks Dec. 17, 24 hours in jail.

Jessica N. Martin, 32, of Montville, cruelty to animals in Montville Sept. 1, 48 hours in jail, $1,823.22 in restitution and $500 fine. 

Michael A. Merry, 33, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 6, license suspended for 150 days and $700 fine. 

Tess Morrison, 23, of Belfast, theft by receiving stolen property in Belfast Jan. 26, 2014, dismissed; violating condition of release in Belfast July 18, dismissed.

Ulysses Queener,  51, of Unity, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Knox Dec. 27, $300 fine; domestic violence reckless conduct in Knox Dec. 27, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Knox Dec. 27, dismissed. 

Marissa Sprague 23, of Belfast, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast March 11, 10 days in jail; violating condition of release in Jackson March 17, 10 days in jail; domestic violence terrorizing in Jackson March 17, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended and one year of probation; violating condition of release in Jackson March 17, 10 days in jail; attaching false plates in Swanville Nov. 12, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Nov. 12, dismissed. 

Jesse Talty, 37, of Scarborough, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Palermo Feb. 10, $1,000 fine; driving to endanger in Palermo Feb. 10, dismissed. 

Bradley Williams, 59, of Belfast, harassment in Lincolnville Sept. 5, dismissed.
