Teresa Barnes, 27, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 27, 2013, $400 fine; unlawful possession of hydrocodone in Belfast Oct. 27, 2013, dismissed.

Amy M. Cunningham, 22, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Aug. 15, 2013, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Heather L. Dunphy, 29, of Liberty, negotiating a worthless instrument in Liberty June 16, $200 fine; negotiating a worthless instrument in Liberty June 16, dismissed.

Benjamin P. Hackbarth, 35, of Lisbon, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Prospect Oct. 17, 2013, $750 fine; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Prospect Oct. 17, 2013, dismissed.

Gerard Latno, 49, of Augusta, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Liberty June 26, 2013, $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Liberty June 26, 2013, dismissed; driving to endanger in Liberty June 26, 2013, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

Jessica M. Linscott, 22, of Lincolnville, violating condition of release in Unity Dec. 6, 2013, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity June 6, 2013, $400 fine; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Unity Dec. 6, 2013, dismissed.

Brandi J. Littlefield, 27, of Belfast, probation violation in Morrill Aug. 7, 2014, 50 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael W. Milbury, 48, of Lewiston, probation violation in Freedom Jan. 15, 1999, 16 years in prison with all but 12 years suspended and six years of probation; probation violation in Freedom June 15, 2003, four years in prison and six years or probation.

Jill Moll, 31, of Biddeford, probation violation in Belfast June 28, 18 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Richard Robinson Jr., 55, of Belfast, probation violation in Swanville Nov. 30, 2011, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Scott Nelson Sayce, 51, of Dixfield, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Dec. 13, 60 days in jail.

Craig Sullivan, 25, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast April 11, 2011, 10 months in jail and probation revoked.

Tanya Williams, 50, of Brooks, domestic violence assault in Jackson Dec. 23, 2013, 10 days in jail.

Donald York, 32, of Benton, criminal mischief in Palermo March 23, 2013, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation and $9,093.50 in restitution; criminal trespass in Palermo March 23, 2013, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation and $9,093.50 in restitution; assault in Palermo March 23, 2013, $300 fine; aggravated criminal trespass in Palermo March 23, 2013, dismissed; aggravated criminal mischief in Palermo March 23, 2013, dismissed.

Morris G. Young, 28, of Winter Harbor, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Dec. 13, 60 days in jail.
