Waldo County Superior Court closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court April 17-28.
Thomas Bubar, 29, of Burnham, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Burnham Feb. 22, five days in jail and $250 fine; domestic violence terrorizing in Burnham Feb.22, dismissed.
James M. Conte, 37, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Freedom Oct. 23, 2013, 364 days in jail with all but 180 days suspended and one year of probation; domestic violence terrorizing in Freedom Oct. 23, 2013, dismissed.
Steven D. Doray, 28, of South China, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Dec. 13, 60 days in jail
Amy Fairbrother, 29, of Stockton Springs, making a false statement in Winterport June 25, 2011, dismissed.
Benjamin S. Foster, 33, of Waldo, probation violation in Waldo Nov. 1, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Ronnie McBreairty, 32, of Machiasport, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Dec. 13, 60 days in jail.
Robert McKinney, 19, of Belfast, assault in Belfast March 20, $300 fine.
