Amanda L. Bedard, 28, of Winterport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Winterport April 22, 2011, three years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, 40 hours of community service, $400 fine and $168 restitution.

Tyler J. Damon, 23, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs April 7, 18 months in prison; criminal mischief in Stockton Springs April 7, 90 days in jail; harassment by telephone in Stockton Springs April 7, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release in Stockton Springs Nov. 18, 18 months in prison; violating a protective order in Stockton Springs Nov. 18, 90 days in jail; Superior Court summary contempt in Belfast Feb. 27, 15 days in jail.

Anthony L. Emery, 28, of Liberty, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Liberty Sept. 2, 2013, $400 fine.

Denvor Ferland, 23, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Montville June 6, 90 days in jail; burglary in Montville June 6, 90 days in jail and $625 restitution.

Ian C. Freeman, 27, of Knox, negotiating a worthless instrument in Morrill May 23, 21 days in jail and $449.69 restitution.

Kara J. Gordon, 36, of Belfast, probation violation in Northport Sept. 20, 2008, 15 months in prison and probation revoked.

Steven Haver, 47, of Wells, domestic violence stalking in Palermo Nov. 27, 2013, 364 days in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation; violating a protective order in Palermo Nov. 27, 2013, 60 days in jail.

Elizabeth M. Kilby, 34, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Feb. 27, 2014, dismissed.

Alicia B. Kinney, 31, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Lincolnville June 2, three years in prison with all but three months suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; violating conditions of release in Lincolnville June 2, 60 days in jail.

Gene Larrabee, 36, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast May 1, 2011, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast June 4, two years in prison with all suspended and two years of probation.

Ryan C. Lefebvre, 26, of Brooks, probation violation in Liberty June 27, 2011, probation partially revoked and continued.

Christopher J. Mayhew, 29, of Carmel, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Monroe June 22, 2013, $600 restitution and $400 fine.

Ryan M. McClellan, 20, of South China, motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph above the speed limit in Searsmont Dec. 26, 14 days in jail; operating under the influence in Searsmont Dec. 26, 14 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Martinique Merrill, 37, of Newport, operating under the influence (resulting in serious injury or death) in Lincolnville Nov. 4, 2011, six years in prison with all but two years six months suspended, three years of probation, license suspended for six years and $2,500 fine.

Shawn N. Perito, 21, of Searsmont, probation violation in Swanville July 1, 2012,nine months in jail and probation revoked; trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Dec. 13, three years in prison with all suspended and two years of probation.

Branden Ricker, 36, of Jackson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks May 13, 2013, 18 months in prison with all suspended, two years of probation and $5,803 restitution.

Hope Ronco, 37, of Newburgh, probation violation in Winterport Jan. 30, 2011, probation partially revoked and continued.
