BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity March 3-9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Feb. 26 (late entry)
Lisa A. Gardiner, 43, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) on High Street.
Feb. 28 (late entries)
Alexander L. Wilson, 28, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Miller Street.
Peter A. Bailey, 28, of Northport, was arrested for criminal trespass on Front Street.
March 3
Stephanie S. Staples, 48, of Searsport, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) on Searsport Avenue.
Gordon M. Ross, 62, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Lincolnville Avenue.
March 7
Jason E. Batista, 32, of China, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance on Northport Avenue.
Scott G. Denman, 61, of Belmont, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Belmont Avenue.
Jenny L. Piekse, 35, of Waldo, was arrestd for operating under the influence on West Waldo Road.
March 8
Robert B. Cyphers, 24, of Montville, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery and violating conditions of release stemming from an incident on High Street Feb. 27.
Jesse Witherell, 38, of Monroe, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Waldo Avenue.
Shawn A. Adams, 37, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Route 1.
