Alan Tinker, 67, of Searsmont, closed season on trapping violation in Belmont April 3, 2011, $250 fine.

Dennis S. Colby, 51, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Belfast June 26, $700 fine, 120 days in jail and three-year license suspension; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Jun 26, dismissed.

Brandon Conners, 16, of Winterport, failure to register a vehicle in Winterport July 21, $100 fine; driving to endanger in Winterport July 21, $575 fine and a 30-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport July 21, $250 fine.

Tiffany M. Conners, 41, of Winterport, permitting unlawful use in Winterport July 21, $250 fine.

Gavin D. Cross, 31, of Belmont, domestic violence assault in Belmont Aug. 28, 2011, 90 days in jail and probation continued.

Dylan E. Duca, 20, of Biddeford, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs April 28, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; minor transporting liquor, dismissed.
