BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity May 9-19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
April 13 (late entry)
Marvin Degon, 60, of Millbury, Mass., was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument stemming from an incident March 4.
May 9
Willis F. Reed, 21, of Searsport, was issued a summons for speeding 49 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.
A Belfast juvenile (name withheld), was issued summonses for imprudent speed and unnecessary noise on Front Street.
May 11
Jill Cunningham, 41, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 1.
May 14
Tyler M. Gelo, 22, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for speeding 49 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.
May 15
Donald S. Thompson, 89, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days).
May 16
Carl F. Wardwell, 24, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for improper passing on Back Searsmont Road.
Unique S. Peters, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.
Michael H. Hustus, 58, of Brooks, was arrested for operating under the influence on Washington Street.
May 17
Michael A. Bailey, 22, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to pay fines.
Carrie A. Whitcomb, 29, of Waldo, was issued a summons for speeding 57 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.
May 18
Danielle A. Pollard, 28, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Lincolnville Avenue.
Paul Davis, 28, of Rockport, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.
Amanda M. Christianson, 29, of Augusta, was issued a summons for speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.
May 19
Alfred Charette, 26, of Belfast, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and operating without a license.
