BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court April 10 – May 7.
Christopher Beeton, 26, of Brooks, probation violation (location not specified) Sept. 18, 2011, three years in prison and probation revoked; burglary in Belmont Jan. 17, four years in prison all suspended, three years of probation and $2,044.93 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belmont Jan. 17, three years in prison all suspended, two years of probation and $2,044.93 restitution.
Tiffany Cobb, 30, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Sept. 20, 2013, 365 days in prison with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation and $15 restitution.
Justin M. Couture, 23, of Sumner, harassment by telephone in Sumner Feb. 18, 30 days in jail; harassment by telephone in Sumner Feb. 18, 30 days in jail.
Jason Dimmitt, 38, of Liberty, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belmont Sept. 22, 2013, 60 days in jail and $25 restitution.
Daniel Flood, 40, of Augusta, burglary in Troy Sept. 21, 2011, three years in prison with all but 29 days suspended, two years of probation and $477 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Troy Sept. 21, 2011, 29 days in jail.
Joe Nathan Furman, 29, of Bronx, N.Y., unlawful trafficking in schedules drugs in Unity Dec. 6, 2013, four years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation and $200 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Unity Dec. 6, 2013, dismissed.
Roger Nielsen, 68, of Monroe, illegal possession of a firearm in Monroe Nov. 16, 2012, 90 days in jail.
Sean W. Pike, 35, of Brooks, probation violation in Unity Sept. 23, 2010, six months in prison probation partially revoked and continued.
Daniel R. Roy Jr., 27, of Union, criminal mischief in Liberty Oct. 30, 2013, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty Oct. 30, 2013, four years in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property in Liberty Oct. 30, 2013, four years in jail and $1,000 restitution; violating a condition of release in Liberty Oct. 30, 2013, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property in Liberty Oct. 30, 2013, four years in jail.
Amanda J. Ryan, 29, of Monroe, probation violation in Monroe May 30, 2011, probation partially revoked and continued.
Christopher D. Whitcomb, 37, of Belmont, probation violation in Searsmont Nov. 7, 2012, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation.
