Knox County Superior Court closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court Feb. 25 - March 3.
Vaughn S. Clark, 32, of Warren, refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Rockland Nov. 1, 2013, six months in prison.
Robert R. Demmons Jr., 38, of Owls Head, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Feb. 28, 2011, $1,000 fine.
Calen S. Erskine, 25, of Rockland, assault in Rockland Aug. 3, 2013, $300 fine; operating under the influence in Rockland Aug. 3, 2013, $600 fine.
Jennifer Fetteroli, 37, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Warren Jan. 25, 2013, three years in jail with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, $645 restitution and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Warren Jan. 30, 2013, dismissed.
John L. Hoeltzel III, 48, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 22, 2013, 60 days in jail; unlawful possession of hydrocodone in Rockland Nov. 22, 2013, 60 days in jail and $400 fine.
Andrew Kierstead, 41, of Tenants Harbor, murder in Cushing Sept. 27, 2012, 45 years in prison and $3,107.20 restitution.
Jason E. Kurr, 31, of Rockland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Rockland April 29, 2013, dismissed.
Rachel M. Poore, 39, of Belfast, trafficking in prison contraband in Warren Jan. 29, 2012, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Nathan Spearin, 29, of St. George, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockport Aug. 21, 2013, dismissed.
