Belfast police beat: Speeding and many cars without insurance
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Nov. 13 – Dec. 4. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Nov. 3 (late entry)
Jessica L. Winslow, 29, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by deception at Hannaford, stemming from an incident Nov. 1.
Nov. 8 (late entries)
Scott N. Cilley, 51, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful sexual touching, stemming from an incident Nov. 2.
Tiffany A. Cobb, 30, of Brooks, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Hannaford, stemming from an incident Sept. 20.
Nov. 17
Brady R. Harrison, 31, of Alfred, was issued a summons for speeding 55 mph in a 45 mph zone on Belmont Avenue.
Aaron Huffman, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license.
Tyler L. Redman, 18, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for tampering with a witness, informant, victim or juror and operating without a license.
Chelsea L. Wheelden, 18, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for operating without a license.
Kenneth D. Schweikert, 64, of Blue Hill, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days).

Joshua R. Kimball, 33, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Nov. 21
Joseph K. McCusker, 57, of Center Conway, N.H., was issued a summons on five counts of violating conditions of release, stemming from incidents Oct. 25.
Cassandra Lucas, 22, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.
Nov. 23
Haleigh M. Duclos, 20, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.
Jalysa N. Parks, 23, of Searsport, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Nov. 24
Erin E. Macro, 25, of Damariscotta, was issued a summons for speeding 58 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.
Paul W. Waring, 43, of Brooksville, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Kristie L. Woods, 59, of Orland, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Ronald J. Green, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 71 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 1.
Huch A. Morrison, 28, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release and possession of a useable amount of marijuana up to 1.25 oz.
Owen A. Bucklin, 52, of Belfast, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.
Nov. 26
Joshua A. Mills, 20, of South Thomaston, was arrested for illegal possession of liquor by a minor, assault and aggravated criminal trespassing.
Garrett N. Ames, 18, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for operating with two inadequate tires.
Nov. 27
Samantha E. Randall, 20, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for turning without using an appropriate signal to traffic.
Nov. 30
Matthew S. Cole, 27, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension, failure to provide proof of insurance, an inspection sticker violation and possessing an open alcohol container on a public way.
Amber Alley, 32, of Northport, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Shaina L. Fletcher, 26, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle (under 150 days).
George Dale IV, 50, of Salisbury, Mass., was issued a summons for a seatbelt violation.

Benjamin R. Knowlton, 20, of Searsport, was summonsed for speeding 61 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 1 and failure to provide proof of insurance.
Dec. 3
Courtney J. Conrady, 22, of Stockton Springs, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Joseph Flower, 25, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Moriah D. Cilley, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Samantha L. Juskiewicz, 21, of South Hooksett, N.H., was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and attaching false plates.
