ROCKPORT — “The air around Simonton Corner will again be filled with music beginning on June 12, from 6 to 7 p.m., and every Wednesday evening through September 11,” said the Rockport Masonic Center, in a news release.

On June 12, The Lise and Rose Band will be playing all your favorites beginning at 6 p.m., at the Rockport Masonic Center.

The event is free to the public with pass the hat donations taken for the band.

“You are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the summer nights and music with friends and family,” said the Center.

The Masons will be offering their 1 hamburger or 2 hot dog plates with a side, chips, drink and ice cream for $10 per plate. There will also be a 50-50 raffle drawn.

The Center is located at 361 Main Street, just up from the Simonton Corner 4-way stop signs.

“Please share with your family and friends, your help is appreciated,” said the Center.
