BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 10-16. 

Susan M. Day, 62, of Montville, operating under the influence in Lincolnville Sept. 23, 2021, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Alyssa M. Heroux, 35, of Searsport, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property in Belfast Nov. 1, 2021, $150 fine and $540 restitution. 

Tony H. Bates, 45, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Winterport March 18, 2022, 20 days in jail and $400 fine.

James W. Hall, 65, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Prospect March 30, 2022, dismissed; driving to endanger in Prospect March 30, 2022, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Adam G. King, 37, of Freedom, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Freedom Dec. 21, dismissed. 

Jeremy W. Proctor, 46, of Cushing, operating under the influence in Belmont Dec. 2, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belmont Dec. 2, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

Thatcher Jackson, 22, of Boothbay, domestic violence aggravated assault in Monroe June 8, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Monroe June 8, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Monroe June 8, five years in prison with all but two years suspended and three years of probation; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast April 26, 2022, dismissed.

Constance M. Ethier, 54, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport June 18, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Searsport June 18, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport Nov. 7, 48 hours in jail. 

Jennifer L. Annett, 49, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast June 26, dismissed.

Cole Pinkerton, 21, of Brooks, burglary in Brooks June 20, dismissed. 

McKenzie Nielson, 24, of Stockton Springs, violating a condition of release in Belfast July 4, dismissed. 

Natasha Langer, 45, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 18, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Charles L. Vanwardhuizen, 53, of Portland, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 8, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Sept. 8, $200 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast Sept. 8, dismissed.

Constance M. Hersom, 54, of Searsport, violating a condition of release in Searsport Oct. 26, 48 hours in jail. 

Aju Varghese, 52, of Winterport, two counts of keeping an unlicensed dog in Winterport Aug. 17, both dismissed; violation of rabies prevention in Winterport Aug. 17, dismissed; allowing a dog to be at large in Winterport Aug. 17, $50 fine.
