BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Aug. 11-17.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 25
Timothy Williams, 32, of Clinton, was arrested for domestic violence aggravated assault, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, and domestic violence assault on Bangor Road in Unity.
July 26
Kellie Howie, 28, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1 in Belfast.
Aug. 7
Stephen Cummings, 36, of Thomaston, was arrested for violating a condition of release, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, eluding an officer, operating under the influence, and criminal speed on Bangor Road in Prospect.
Aug. 10
Deborah A. Bailey, 50, of Belmont, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.
