BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity July 10-31.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 10
Robert Messier, 40, of Camden, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street S. in Searsmont.
July 13
Travis Pearl, 32, of Searsmont, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Route 131 in Searsmont.
July 19
Nikolaus Curtis, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Garden Way in Belfast.
July 19
Astin Merry, 38, of Swanville, was arrested for violating a condition of release, stemming from an incident on Monroe Road in Brooks June 27.
July 25
Timothy Williams, 32, of Unity, was arrested for domestic violence assault, domestic violence assault, and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Bangor Road in Unity.
July 27
Amanda Hayes, 44, of Knox, was issued summonses for two counts of violating a condition of release on Veterans Highway in Brooks.
July 28
Anthony Allen, 31, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Curtis Road in Swanville.
