BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity July 10-26.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 10
Christopher R. Peppers, 37, of Waldo, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Levenseller Road in Searsmont.
July 12
Heather A. Thompson, 39, of Waldo, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Waterville Road in Waldo.
July 17
Adam H. Mason, 43, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for violating a condition of release, domestic violence criminal threatening, and domestic violence assault on Cape Road in Stockton Springs.
July 18
Bladir I. Zamora, 35, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Back Searsport Road in Searsport.
July 21
Dennis O. Pase, 43, of Thorndike, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Gordon Hill Road in Thorndike.
July 22
Craig Harwood, 60, of Lincolnville, was arrested for indecent conduct at Norton Pond in Lincolnville.
