BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity May 29 - June 23.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 29
Carl Burch, 51, of Belfast, was issued summonses for domestic violence and aggravated assault on E. Waldo Road in Waldo.
May 31
Alex T. Hans, 38, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for failure to give notice of a crash by the quickest means on Beach Road in Lincolnville.
June 3
Eric Paquin, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Beach Road in Lincolnville.
June 10
Billie-Jo Frates, 47, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 139 in Brooks.
Christopher Peppers, 36, was arrested for criminal trespass, theft of services, and violating a condition of release in Lincolnville.
June 12
Victor Young, 72, of Searsport, was arrested for terrorizing, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, and leaving the scene of a property damage crash at Muskrat Farm in Prospect.
June 18
Philip J. Dulude, 54, of Swanville, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Blackberry Way in Swanville.
Constance M. Hersom, 54, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating without a license in violation of conditions/restrictions on Mt. Ephraim Road in Searsport.
