BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 24-30. 

Haden F. Campbell, 30, of Jackson, probation violation in Swanville Oct. 16, 2018, probation continued and partially revoked. 

Christopher Seidl, 26, of Liberty, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 7, 2019, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Liberty Sept. 21, 2020, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property in Belfast July 14, 2021, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 14, 2021, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsmont Nov. 17, dismissed; allowing a dog to be at large in Searsmont June 8, 2021, dismissed. 

James H. MacMillan, 71, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast Aug. 26, 2020, dismissed; operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 26, 2020, license suspended for three years and $500 fine 

Nacoma P. Noomyenooneam, 24, of Rockport, driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 4, 2020, dismissed; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Belfast Dec. 28, 2020, dismissed; aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast Dec. 28, 2020, dismissed; theft by unauthorized use of property in Belfast Dec. 29, 2020, dismissed. 

Blair Demerchant Jr., 37, of Monroe, two counts of gross sexual assault in Monroe Jan. 1, 2014, both dismissed; two counts of unlawful sexual contact in Monroe Jan. 1, 2014, both dismissed; two counts of visual sexual aggression against a child in Monroe Jan. 1, 2014, both dismissed; two counts of gross sexual assault in Monroe Jan. 1, 2014, 15 years in prison with all but eight years suspended and four years of probation for each count. 

Anthony Knight, 56, of Belfast, reckless conduct in Belfast July 30, dismissed; aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast July 30, nine months in jail with all suspended, one year six months of probation, and $1,500 restitution. 

Jakob S. Gregory, 21, of Bar Harbor, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Aug. 18, unconditional discharge.

Claude H. White III, 66, of Searsport, aggravated assault in Searsport Aug. 23, dismissed; assault in Searsport Aug. 23, $300 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Dec. 21, 180 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine. 

Jessica J. Walker, 39, of Searsmont, theft by deception in Morrill Aug. 6, one year in prison with all suspended and two years of probation; misuse of identification in Morrill Aug. 6, unconditional discharge. 

Jerica Wallace, 35, of Belfast; assault on an emergency medical care provider in Belfast Aug. 11, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Belfast Dec. 24, dismissed. 

Darren L. Moulton, 56, of Belfast, reckless conduct in Belfast Dec. 10, two years in prison with all but 45 days suspended and two years of probation; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Belfast Dec. 10, dismissed; criminal threatening in Belfast Dec. 10, 45 days in jail. 

Kathleen L. Flynn, 55, of Thomaston, violating a protection from abuse order in Swanville Dec. 21, dismissed. 

Devan Jordan, 21, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast June 23, 48 hours in jail.
