Parsons, 28, of St. Albans, refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Waldo May 19, 2019, $200 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Waldo May 19, 2019, $250 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Waldo May 19, 2019, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Waldo May 19, 2019, dismissed.

Tambara L. Arnold, 29, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 29, 2019, dismissed.

Matthew S. Hatch, 46, of Stow, reckless conduct in Belfast Feb. 22, 2020, $500 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 22, 2020, dismissed. 

Brett A. Hayward, 48, of Northport, driving to endanger in Belfast June 9, 2020, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast June 17, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 17, 2020, dismissed. 

Vickey L. Witham, 57, of Winterport, burglary in Winterport June 30, 2020, dismissed; criminal restraint (two counts) in Winterport June 30, 2020, both dismissed.

Peter A. York, 61, of Waterville, endangering the welfare of a child in Liberty July 12, 2020, dismissed; assault in Liberty July 12, 2020, dismissed. 

Justin Tyler, 30, of Searsport, driving to endanger in Searsport July 10, 2020, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Searsport July 10, 2020, dismissed. 

Jacqueline L. Reed, 30, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault in Searsmont Nov. 26, 2020, dismissed. 

Joseph W. Tripp, 30, of Frankfort, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Frankfort Jan. 9, $200 fine. 

Jacob S. Aitken, 26, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast May 28, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 28, five days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 22, $750 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 13, $250 fine.

Devon Palmer, 26, of Appleton, violating a condition of release in Lincolnville April 11, 24 hours in jail.  

Lisa Ann Woods, 56, of Knox, operating under the influence in Montville May 28, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

David A. Linscott, 62, of Northport, illegal possession of a firearm in Northport May 6, seven days in jail. 

Scott Gerry, 55, of Burnham, criminal mischief in Burnham April 6, $100 fine and $1,517.39 restitution. 

Sara Moscoso, 34, of Swanville, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast June 9, dismissed. 

Craig A. Woodard, 31, of Penobscot, violating a condition of release in Searsport June 3, dismissed. 

Zachary Doiron, 30, of Burnham, burning without a permit in Burnham June 6, $100 fine.

Mark White, 31, of Unity, operating a vehicle without a license in Thorndike July 2, $200 fine.
