Eric Drew, 48, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Lincolnville Jan. 24, 2020, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Lincolnville Jan. 24, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville July 9, 2020, $250 fine; violating a protection from abuse order in Lincolnville July 9, 2020, dismissed.  

Robert A. Hunt, 60, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Jan. 14, 2019, $250 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks Jan. 14, 2019, dismissed. 

Jenna E. Maddocks, 28, of Stockton Springs, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Dec. 9, 2019, one year in prison with all suspended, 18 months of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Dec. 9, 2019, dismissed. 

Kasey Drake, 22, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Belfast April 29, 2020, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

Adam W. Reed, 21, of Unity, motor vehicle speeding at 30+ mph over the speed limit in Burnham May 15, 2020, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Burnham May 15, 2020, dismissed.

Austin Reed, 19, of Unity, motor vehicle speeding at 30+ mph over the speed limit in Burnham May 15, 2020, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Burnham May 15, 2020, dismissed.

Kergan T. Perkins, 20, of Frankfort, criminal mischief in Winterport Aug. 8, 2020, $300 fine; violating a protection from abuse order in Winterport Sept. 21, dismissed. 

William C. Whitcomb, 40, of Monroe, unlawful possession of heroin in Brooks Oct. 25, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 26, $100 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 12, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 7, $100 fine. 

Thomas H. Bassler, 69, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 9, 20 days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 9, seven days in jail. 

Rodney Damon, 40, of Stockton Springs, possessing an unregistered deer in Stockton Springs Nov. 7, $200 fine; feeding bait deer in Stockton Springs Nov. 7, $500 fine. 

Roy W. Anderson III, 37, of Millinocket, burglary in Swanville Feb. 20, dismissed.

Devon Danforth, 23, of Swanville, operating after registration suspended in Belfast March 15, dismissed.

Phillip M. McFadden, 28, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks April 20, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks April 20, 30 days in jail. 

Jennifer Howard, 47, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast April 13, dismissed. 

Lionel L. Mitchell, 36, of Bangor, driving to endanger in Waldo April 8, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Waldo April 8, $150 fine. 

Samantha Buchanan, 30, of Belfast, having a habitually truant student in Belfast Jan. 26, $50 fine.
