Elizabeth A. Dumais, 65, of Burnham, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Burnham June 29, 2019, 48 hours in jail; reckless conduct in Burnham June 29, 2019, dismissed. 

Benjamin Thompson, 36, of Jackson, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 4, 2019, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 4, 2019, dismissed operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast Aug. 4, dismissed. 

Dillon Haight, 26, of Troy, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Troy Nov. 22, 2019, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Troy Nov. 23, 2019, dismissed. 

John Downer, 23, of Montville, driving to endanger in Montville Aug. 30, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Montville Aug. 30, 2019, dismissed. 

Drew W. Higgins, 38, of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Frankfort Feb. 26, 2020, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Frankfort Feb. 26, 2020, $100 fine.

Jeffrey L. Cyr, 59, of Thorndike, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Knox Aug. 28, dismissed. 

Shanon C. Sloan, 32, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort Sept. 21, dismissed. 

William A. Bailey, 54, of Knox, operating under the influence in Freedom Sept. 14, 60 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine.

Timothy Moody, 29, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 6, $600 fine.

Dylan J. Brasslett, 20, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Dec. 10, $250 fine. 

Benjamin Stowe, 68, of Troy, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Oct. 22, dismissed. 

Michael J. Bickford, 25, of Jackson, operating under the influence in Jackson Nov. 30, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Travis L. Pearl, 22, of Searsport, operating a vehicle without a license in Belmont Jan. 11, dismissed. 

Sandra Rich, 58, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 16, $50 fine. 

Kyle S. Thompson, 22, of Benton, operating under the influence in Brooks Jan. 1, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Brooks Jan. 1, $100 fine. 

Olivia Carpentier, 25, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Swanville Feb. 18, dismissed. 

Dennis I. Lufkin, 56, of Jackson, entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally in Jackson Nov. 4, $100 fine. 

Chase R. McIntire, 24, of Belfast, illegal transportation of an animal or bird in Swanville Dec. 20, $100 fine.
