BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 19 - 29. 

Dustin Smith, 53, of Palermo, burning prohibited material in Liberty Jan. 9, $200 fine; out of door burning violation in Liberty Jan. 9, $200 fine.

Nick C. Whitman, 39, of Monroe, failure to register a vehicle in Searsport March 19, $100 fine.

Robert R. Ferland, 43, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast March 4, $150 fine.

Adam R. Spear, 28, of Bangor, failure to register a vehicle in Winterport Feb. 28, dismissed.

Tyler A. Vangel, 25, of Lincolnville, violating a condition of release in Lincolnville Feb. 22, 20 days in jail.

Kwamaine Bility, 22, of Brooklyn, New York, criminal trespass in Waldo April 18, 24 hours in jail.

Dustin C. Gardner, 30, of Brooks, violating a condition of release in Brooks April 19, 48 hours in jail.

Alexis Fowler, 19, of Old Town, use of drug paraphernalia in Unity Feb. 14, dismissed.

Sean R. Anderson, 37, of Liberty, failure to register a vehicle in Searsmont April 27, four days in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsmont April 27, four days in jail.
