Christopher Cherry, 21, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Swanville Dec. 8, 2016, $250 fine; burglary in Swanville Dec. 8, 2016, dismissed.

David W. Knowlton, 55, of Swanville, probation violation in Swanville June 15, 2017, probation partially revoked and continued; operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 10, four days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $600 fine; refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint in Belfast Nov. 10, four days in jail.  

Craig Sullivan, 29, of Stockton Springs, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Belfast Aug. 13, 2017, 90 days in jail.

Morgan D. Porter, 29, of Carmel, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Dec. 30, 2017, $250 fine; assault in Winterport Dec. 30, 2017, dismissed.

Zackary Leo, 22, of Monroe, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Belfast May 25, dismissed.

Brandon R. Porter, 24, of Searsport, criminal threatening in Swanville June 4, dismissed.

Shawn L. Merrill, 49, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast July 21, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Bobby Berry, 23, of New York, New York, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Swanville Aug. 2, dismissed.

Julia N. Simpson, 30, of Newburgh, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs July 12, dismissed.

Nicholas Linscott, 25, of Port Clyde, shooting a firearm, bow and arrow, or crossbow over a way in Palermo Sept. 22, $250 fine; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Palermo Sept. 22, dismissed; reckless conduct in Palermo Sept. 22, dismissed.

Allen James, 60, of Waterbury, Connecticut, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 25, six months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 25, dismissed.

Benjamin Barton, 34, of Winterport, criminal attempt in Winterport July 28, dismissed.

Ashley L. Hooper, 23, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 13, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine.

Charles W. Resh, 41, of Searsport, theft by receiving stolen property in Belfast Oct. 14, dismissed.

Jonathan B. Crowe, 36, of Belfast, driving to endanger in Belfast Feb. 27, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Belfast Feb. 27, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation; operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 27, dismissed.

Robert McKinney Jr., 23, of Unity, gross sexual assault in Belfast Oct. 1, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years probation.
