BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Dec. 29 - Jan. 12. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Dec. 29 (late entry)

William McLaughlin, 34, of Verona, was issued summonses for criminal mischief and failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Atlantic Highway in Northport.

Jan. 5

Robert Cushman, 28, of Belmont, was issued summonses for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle, failure to provide proof of insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle (30-150 days past expiration), leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means, and operating under the influence on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.

Traci Tracey, 55, of Jackson, was issued a summons for harassment by phone or an electronic communication device on Valley Road in Brooks.

Jan. 12

Dmitri A. Fleszar, 31, of Augusta, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Acadia Highway in Montville.
