Littlefield, 33, of Prospect, operating after habitual offender revocation in Winterport Aug. 31, 2016, two years in prison and $1,000 fine; violating conditions of release in Winterport Aug. 31, 2016, six months in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Sept. 3, 2016, three years six months in prison and $1,000 fine; violating condition of release (three counts) in Stockton Springs Sept. 3, 2016, six months in jail for each count; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Sept. 3, 2016, dismissed; manslaughter (two counts) in Prospect Sept. 3, 2016, both dismissed; operating under the influence (two counts, both involving death) in Prospect Sept. 3, 2016, both dismissed.

Katelin N. Juszkiewicz, 24, of Searsport, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Winterport Feb. 23, two years in prison with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Winterport Feb. 23, dismissed.

Joey A. Philbrook, 32, of Thorndike, failing to report in Belfast Aug. 31, 22 months in prison.

Gunilla Gorman, 69, of Concord, Massachusetts, failing to stop, remain, or render aid in Belmont Sept. 15, dismissed.

Darren K. Moulton, 43, of Belfast, violating conditions of release in Belfast Nov. 26, 48 hours in jail.

Dakota T. Durand, 26, of Unity, terrorizing in Unity Aug. 20, 2017, 48 hours in jail and $500 fine.

Roland Gervais, 64, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Belfast March 3, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine.

Paul E. Taliaferro, 39, of Troy, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Troy July 1, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Troy July 1, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Troy July 1, dismissed.

Darren K. Moulton, 53, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast July 14, 120 days in jail with all suspended and two years of probation.

Michael T. Baniukiewicz Jr., 32, of Charlton, Massachusetts, domestic violence assault in Searsport July 31, dismissed.

Jessica Davis, 31, of Waldo, operating under the influence in Waldo Aug. 7, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Waldo Aug. 7, dismissed.

Patricia Parker, 39, of Winterport, violating a protection from abuse order in Frankfort Aug. 6, dismissed.

James M. Reid, 34, of Belfast, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast July 20, dismissed.

Scott A. Jones, 54, of Freedom, driving to endanger in Freedom July 17, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

Joan M. Maddocks, 61, of Northport, harassment in Northport Aug. 30, $200 fine; harassment in Northport Sept. 4, dismissed.
