BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Oct. 12-25.
Bradley Williams, 63, of Belfast, stalking (causing serious inconvenience/emotional distress) in Lincolnville Sept. 3, 2014, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended and one year of probation; stalking (causing serious inconvenience/emotional distress) in Lincolnville Sept. 3, 2014, 90 days in jail; harassment (two counts) in Lincolnville Jan. 9, 2016, 48 hours in jail for each count.
Ashley Miller, 27, of Albion, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 22, 2015, 103 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 22, 2015, dismissed.
Kyle J. Weeks, 29, of Waterville, probation violation in Searsmont Dec. 14, 2015, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Monique Holden, 34, of Etna, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Troy Oct. 11, 2016, 364 days in jail with all but 72 days suspended, one year of probation and $400 fine.
Gage Gagnon, 20, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast May 26, 2017, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence assault in Belfast May 26, 2017, dismissed.
Richard L. Poirier, 43, of Winslow, domestic violence assault in Freedom Jan. 11, 364 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended and two years of probation.
Thomas Heaberlin, 36, of Unity, operating a meth laboratory in Unity Dec. 25, seven years in prison and three years of probation; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity Dec. 25, six months in jail and $400 fine; operating a meth laboratory in Unity March 5, 42 months in prison; violating conditions of release in Unity March 29, six months in jail.
Cheyenne J. Larrabee, 25, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Brooks April 12, dismissed.
Sonya Whitcomb, 20, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belmont May 13, $500 fine.
Tammy L. Pagliaroli, 47, of Freedom, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Knox May 9 and 10, both dismissed.
Miranda A. Parsons, 26, of Lincolnville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville June 13, $500 fine.
Theodore M. Lawrence, 25, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks May 10, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 12, five days in jail and $500 fine.
James R. Littlefield, 48, of Belmont, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belmont July 21, four years in prison with all but nine months and one day suspended, two years of probation and $1,000 fine; operating under the influence in Belmont July 21, 30 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $600 fine; violating conditions of release in Belmont July 21, 30 days in jail.
Roger L. Morsey, 58, of Morrill, reckless conduct in Morrill July 27, 35 days in jail; violating condition of release in Searsport Sept. 9, 35 days in jail.
Troy E. Bryant, 42, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks July 15, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 18, three days in jail and $750 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast Sept. 18, three days in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast Sept. 18, three days in jail.
Angela Philbrook, 33, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Sept. 5, $500 fine; attaching false plates in Unity Sept. 5, $100 fine.
Richard M. McKay, 58, of Winterport, violating a protection from abuse order in Frankfort Sept. 7, two days in jail.
