Belfast Police beat: OUI, leaving the scene of an accident
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Oct. 8-12. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Oct. 9
Jeffrey W. Hustus, 55, of Searsport, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to report an accident by quickest means, and operating with suspended registration on Achorn Road.
Oct. 10
Lucy H. Ledien, 93, of Belfast, was issued a summons or speeding 33 mph in a 25 mph zone on Miller Street.
Oct. 11
Sally E. Lewis-Lamonica, 67, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 30 mph in a 15 mph zone on Miller Street.
Jason Hoffman, 44, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 30 mph in a 15 mph zone on Miller Street.
Eduardo G. Bernal, 65, of Rockland, was issued a summons for speeding 30 mph in a 15 mph zone on Miller Street.
Jason D. Ames, 33, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence and speeding 79 mph in a 50 mph zone on Waterville Road.
