BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 28 - Sept. 9.

Katherine A. Harriman, 31, of Bangor, probation violation in Searsport Oct. 1, 2016, four months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Jordan A. Young, 25, of Waldo, probation violation in Belfast Jan. 21, 2017, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed.

Matthew J. Brennick, 38, of Northport, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property in Northport Nov. 10, dismissed; forgery (two counts) in Northport Nov. 10, dismissed.

Casey Poland, 23, of Walpole, operating under the influence in Unity May 12, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $600 fine; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted speed limit in Unity May 12, dismissed.

Olivia A. Kimball, 22, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 2, $250 fine.

Scott A. Moores, 49, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Swanville March 5, 2017, 42 months in prison with all but six months suspended and three years of probation.

Bennie Coutu, 49, of Waterville, probation violation in Unity Sept. 7, 2017, seven months in jail and probation partially revoked.

Jaime A. Dawe, 24, of Waterville, having a loaded firearm or crossbow in a motor vehicle in Montville Oct. 14, $150 fine.

Danny Soucy, 29, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast March 29, dismissed; failing to stop for an officer in Belfast March 29, dismissed; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast March 29, dismissed.

Rebecca Hills, 33, of Swanville, violating condition of release (two counts) in Belfast April 1, both counts dismissed.

Mark R. White, 28, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts) in Knox April 4, both dismissed.

Dustin T. Curtis, 40, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast June 7, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Pamela Glidden, 54, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Frankfort July 14, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Jason M. Howie, 29, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast July 22, $100 fine.

Nicholas G. Philbrick, 22, of Winterport, operating a vehicle without a license in Frankfort July 3, $150 fine.

Carlton Munro, 27, of Searsport, violating condition of release in Searsport Aug. 8, seven days in jail.

John T. Mullins, 57, of Bangor, failure to register a vehicle in Searsport Aug. 3, $100 fine/

Adam Whitney, 37, of Waldo, operating a vehicle without a license in Waldo July 14, $75 fine.

Scott A. Clark, 30, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Aug. 5, $250 fine.

Mark Ewen, 55, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs May 16, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Stephen W. Lee, 28, of Unity, allowing a  dog to be at large in Unity July 22, $50 fine.
