BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 14-23.
Robert Jurdak, 38, of Unity, violating a protection from abuse order in Unity July 14, 2017, 364 days in jail with all but 24 days suspended, two years of probation, and $950 restitution.
Eliza Clark, 19, of Northport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Belfast May 25, 2017, dismissed.
Michael Bills, 40, of Bangor, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast July 30, 2017, dismissed.
Hayden D. Ratner, 30, of Unity, domestic violence assault in Unity Jan. 24, three years in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation; operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity Jan. 24, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; violating condition of release in Unity Jan. 24, six months in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Knox June 17, dismissed; violating conditions of release (two counts) in Knox June 17, dismissed.
Marcus A. Nadeau, 30, of Waldo, violating a condition of release in Belfast June 18, dismissed.
Max Mitchell, 37, of Belmont, domestic violence assault in Belmont July 4, six months in jail with all but 20 days suspended and two years of probation; obstructing the report of a crime in Belmont July 4, dismissed.
Mary K. Doody, 40, of Nantucket, Massachusetts, operating without safety equipment in Liberty June 17, $100 fine.
Joseph H. Isaac, 56, of China, operating without safety equipment in Palermo July 4, $100 fine.
Billy Joe Wood III, 31, of Blountstown, Florida, operating without safety equipment in Unity June 30, $100 fine.
