Murdock, 40, of Burnham, probation violation in Belfast Jan. 27, 2016, 21 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; operating under the influence in Troy July 18, 21 days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Troy July 18, seven days in jail; criminal mischief in Troy July 18, dismissed. .

Peter A. Fuller, 25, of Lewiston, forgery in Belfast Feb. 1, 2016, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, two years of probation, and $1,643 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 1, 2016, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Morrill Jan. 29, 2016, seven days in jail.

Michelle Clement, 38, of Belfast, reckless conduct in Belfast Jan. 4, 2017 $500 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 5, 2017, dismissed.

Aaron Gibbs, 42, of Waldo, operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity March 5, 2017, dismissed.

Christopher Larrabee, 20, of Machias, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 10, 2017, 364 days in prison with all but 15 days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast April 10, 2017, dismissed.

Bryan D. Tweedie, 20, of Thorndike, assault in Unity Dec. 18, dismissed.

Joshua Goslee, 36, of Brooks, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Knox Feb. 5, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Knox Feb. 5, dismissed.

Samantha Juszkiewicz, 25, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Winterport Feb. 23, dismissed.

Timothy M. Caldwell Jr., 20, of Swanville, fishing without a valid license in Swanville Feb. 13, $150 fine.

Tyler Ellsworth, 19, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Frankfort March 28, nine months in jail with all but 16 days suspended and two years of probation.

Joseph A. Littlefield, 21, of Belfast, burglary in Belfast April 12, two years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, and $500 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 12, 10 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 12, dismissed.
