Brock Gordon, 23, of Belfast, assault in Belfast April 4, 2015, $500 fine; unlawful sexual contact in Belfast April 4, 2015,  dismissed.

Marc S. Gattullo, 29, of Detroit, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 22, 2016, four years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; illegal importation of scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 22, 2016, six months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 22, 2016, 60 days in jail and $400 fine.

Brandon Robillard, 29, of Warren, probation violation in Morrill Aug. 14, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Dakota Raven, 22, of Frankfort, violating a protection from abuse order in Freedom Oct. 11, 60 days in jail; operating a vehicle without license in Unity Sept. 21, dismissed; attaching false plates in Unity Sept. 21, dismissed; criminal trespass in Montville Oct. 21, seven days in jail and $79.36 restitution; criminal mischief in Montville Oct. 21, seven days in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property in Frankfort March 5, 60 days in jail; violating conditions of release in Frankfort March 5, 60 days in jail.  

David Martinez, 44, of Belfast, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast March 23, six months in jail and $500 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast March 23, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine.

Justin Hardesty, 33, of South China, domestic violence assault in Palermo April 21, 364 days in jail with all but 40 days suspended and two years of probation.

Matthew McIver, 21, of Monroe, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thorndike July 13, 2017, 24 hours in jail and $273 restitution.

William F. Costigan Jr., 57, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 21, $250 fine.

Kaden Mehuren, 28, of Waldo, operating under the influence in Belfast June 9, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.

Sherry D. Curtis, 47, of Freedom, operating under the influence in Unity June 9, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Aaron F. Miller, 28, of Benton, attaching false plates in Belfast May 3, $150 fine; attaching false plates in Northport May 17, $150 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Northport May 17, $250 fine.

Adam Clark, 32, of Camden, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast June 9, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 9, $200 fine.

Stephene C. Kelley, 67, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport June 12, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Jeffrey Cronk, 52, of Hermon, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 4, $250 fine.

Jeremy Bennoch, 40, of Frankfort, operating a vehicle without license in Prospect May 27, $150 fine.

Alfred Charette, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont June 13, $250 fine; failing to give correct name, address, or date-of-birth in Belmont June 13, dismissed.

Nathaniel J. Cherry, 21, of Prospect, fishing without a valid license in Swanville May 10, $100 fine.

Devon Danforth, 20, of Swanville, attaching false plates in Belfast June 11, $150 fine.

Carlos A. David Jr., 21, of Bucksport, fishing without a valid license in Swanville May 10, $100 fine.

Angie D. Harriman, 54, of Montville, operating a vehicle without license in Lincolnville May 21, $200 fine.

Bryan Hayes, 40, of Swanville, operating after registration suspended in Belfast June 19, $150 fine.

Michael A. Hodges, 26, of Belmont, failure to register a vehicle in Swanville June 15, $150 fine.

Nicky Johnson, 60, of Wilmington, Delaware, operating a vehicle without license in Belfast June 7, $150 fine.

Alex P. McAvoy, 28, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 25, $250 fine.

Jesse L. Skillings, 18, of Frankfort, violating condition of release in Swanville June 23, $250 fine; minor consuming liquor in Swanville June 23, $200 fine..

Joseph F. Veino, 62, of Searsmont, fishing violation of number, amount, weight, or size in Searsmont May 26, $240 fine.

William C. Whitcomb, 36, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks June 16, $500 fine.

Faith Stovall, 24, of Brunswick, negotiating a worthless instrument in Burnham June 5, $200 fine and $506.73 restitution.

Dennis W. Tripp Sr., 44, of Searsport, operating an unregistered ATV in Searsport May 4, $200 fine.

Renee Gallant, 53, of Frankfort, keeping a dangers dog (two counts) in Frankfort June 30, one count dismissed; $500 fine and $706.87 restitution for the second count.

Dylan Green, 20, of Belmont, minor possessing liquor in Searsport May 25, $200 fine.
