Belfast Police beat: OUI, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 25 - May 3. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
April 25
Burton Seekins, 76, of Searsport, was issued a summons for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker on Waldo Avenue.
April 27
Neil W. Kirby, 21, of Waldo, was arrested for operating under the influence and attaching false plates on Lincolnville Avenue.
April 29
Benjamin G. Gustin, 32, of Lincolnville, was arrested for operating under the influence and issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days).
May 2
Paula G. Adams, 62, of Liberty, was issued a summons for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Lincolnville Avenue.
Raymond Stover, 32, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and violating conditions of release on Lincolnville Avenue.
Mary Inez King, 66, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Starrett Drive.
May 3
Domenic K. Ruccio, 65, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) on High Street.
