BELFAST —The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 2-8. 

Justin Philbrook, 30, of Swanville, unlawful sexual contact in Swanville Feb. 10, 2021, not guilty; 11 counts of unlawful sexual contact, dates: Aug. 10, 2020; Feb. 10, 2020; Aug. 10, 2019; Feb. 10, 2019; Aug. 10, 2018; Feb. 10, 2018; Aug. 10, 2017; Feb. 10, 2017; Aug. 10, 2016; Feb. 10, 2016; Aug. 10, 2015; Feb. 10, 2015, all dismissed. 

Dustin B. Stimpson, 39, of Warren, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Searsmont April 14, 10 years in prison with all but four years suspended, four years of probation, and $400 fine.

Christopher Wallace, 32, of Norridgewock, violating a condition of release in Thorndike June 16, dismissed. 

Rachel E. Gardner, 37, of Winterport, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Winterport Aug. 14, 30 days in jail and $400 fine. 

Adam Berry, 45, of Bangor, operating under the influence in Searsport Oct. 13, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Oct. 13, dismissed; displaying a suspended drivers license in Searsport Oct. 13, dismissed. 

Stephen Larrabee II, 48, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Sept. 28, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks Sept. 28, seven days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Oct. 15, six months in jail and $1,000 fine;  operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Jan. 9, 43 months in jail in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation, and $1,000; illegal possession of a firearm in Belfast Jan. 9, six months in jail; passing a roadblock in Belfast Jan. 9, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Jan. 9, $575 fine..

Arthur N. Seger, 67, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Winterport Dec. 28, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.

Neil W. Kirby, 26, of Waldo, criminal trespass in Waldo Nov. 11, $300 fine. 

Tanner C. Luther, 26, of Montville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Morrill Dec. 9, $600 fine. 

Samuel J. Walker, 27, of Troy, operating under the influence in Burnham Nov. 27, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.
