BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 5-11. 

Tyler W. Stover, 21, of Oakland, aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast July 25, 2019, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast July 25, 2019, $300 fine.

Thomas Tracey, 54, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Aug. 3, 2019, dismissed; operating under the influence in Searsport Aug. 3, 2019, 12 days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine. 

Patrice Massicotte, 51, of Belfast, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 26, 2019, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; violating a  condition of release in Belfast Dec. 18, 2019, 14 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 9, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 9, 48 hours in jail. 

Timothy Sweetland, 45, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 7, 2019, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; assault in Belfast Nov. 7, 2019, dismissed.

Zachary Lear, 23, of Monroe, terrorizing in Burnham May 26, 2020, seven days in jail. 

Lucas Trask, 20, of Bangor, probation violation in Monroe July 25, 2020, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Antonio S. Baudanza, 25, of Rockland, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Morrill July 31, 2020, dismissed; reckless conduct in Morrill July 31, 2020, $300 fine. 

Travis J. Keene, 38, of Belfast, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast April 23, dismissed.

Brett M. Secotte, 33, of Unity, disorderly conduct (fighting) in Unity May 9, $150 fine. 

Erin Lyn Pawliczek, 28, of Montville, assault on an emergency medical care provider in Belfast May 8, dismissed; assault in Belfast May 8, $500 fine. 

Steven L. Kenney, 65, of Brooks, violating a condition of release in Brooks June 16, $250 fine. 

Derek Wilson, 40, of Unity, assault in Freedom June 25, $300 fine. 

Karl H. Orwig, 34, of Rockport, operating under the influence in Northport June 20, 15 days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine. 

Erin R. Beeton, 34, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks July 31, $250 fine.
