Jenna E. Maddocks, 28, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs Dec. 23, 2018, dismissed. 

Wayne S. Parks, 36, of Bangor, operating after habitual offender revocation in Winterport Sept. 20, 2019, six months in jail and $1,000 fine. 

Lucas A. Porter, 34, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport Jan. 20, 2020, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport July 23, 2020, $250 fine; operating under the influence in Winterport July 23, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Winterport July 23, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport July 23, 2020, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport Sept. 16, $250 fine.  

Ann M. Alic Flagg, 19, of Searsport, probation violation in Searsport Sept. 24, 2020, 352 days in jail and probation revoked; domestic violence assault in Swanville April 30, 364 days in jail with all suspended and two years of probation; assault in Swanville April 30, dismissed. 

Roberta Herbest, 59, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville Aug. 4, 2020, dismissed. 

Maria Connors, 33, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 13, 2020, $1,000 fine. 

Steven Mozes, 35, of Unity, disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise) in Unity Oct. 14, 2020, dismissed.

Jeffrey M. Scott Jr., 53, of Camden, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsmont March 27, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Searsmont March 27, dismissed. 

Donovan O. Luke S. Zapadka, 46, of Coventry, Connecticut, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 11, license suspended for 150 days and $800 fine.

Timothy Dowd, 19, of Unity, criminal mischief in Unity Aug. 22, $250 fine and $250 restitution. 

Kevin Grass, 51, of Belmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Belfast Aug. 24, both dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 24, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 24, dismissed.

David Leathers, 38, of Knox, forgery in Lincolnville Sept. 25, 2020, five days in jail and $25 restitution. 

Leonard F. Giroux, 62, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 18, $250 fine. 

Aaron Lewis, 28, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 25, $250 fine. 

Anthony Miner, 32, of Stockton Springs, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Aug. 4, $250 fine.
