BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 21-27. 

Peter A. Fuller, 26, of Lewiston, probation violation in Belfast Feb. 1, 2016, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Wayne A. Curtis, 31, of Brooks, probation violation in Belfast June 6, 2016, probation revoked, no sentence imposed. 

Sharon Carrillo, 35, of Stockton Springs, murder in Stockton Springs Feb. 25, 2018, 48 years in prison and $6,100 restitution. 

Stephen P. Cummings Sr., 50, of Northport, probation violation in Belfast April 2, 2018, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed. 

Stephen Cummings Jr., 32, of Northport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 26, three years in prison with all but 15 months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts) in Belfast Sept. 24, both dismissed; violating a condition of release (two counts) in Belfast September 24 and September 26, 30 days in jail for each count. 

Jerry Ireland, 44, of Lincoln, cruelty to animals (nine counts) in Swanville March 27, 2018, all dismissed. 

Donald Resh Jr., 44, of Searsport, probation violation in Belmont July 13, 2018, probation revoked, no sentence imposed. 

Grace C. Jameson, 24, of Appleton, operating after habitual offender revocation in Waldo Jan. 28, 2019, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Waldo Jan. 28, 2019, 30 days in jail. 

Zechariah J. Harriman, 28, of Brooks, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Brooks March 15, 2019, dismissed.

Theodore D. Harris, 21, of Winterport, criminal mischief in Winterport Sept. 24, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $5,164.41 restitution. 

Elijah R. Harvey, 25, of Montville, criminal mischief in Montville Oct. 12, dismissed; aggravated assault in Montville Dec. 24, dismissed. 

Morgan Mitchell, 25, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Nov. 3, $150 fine.

Desirae N. Cushman, 32, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont Dec. 21, 48 hours in jail and $600 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Belmont Dec. 21, dismissed. 

Ronald M. House, 41, of Walpole, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 13, four days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $750 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Jan. 13, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 13, four days in jail. 

Ty Bowden, 33, of Montville, operating under the influence in Montville Jan. 16, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Montville Jan. 16, $250 fine.
