Calvin D. Evasius, 25, of Palermo, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Palermo May 30, 2018, 89 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Palermo Aug. 24, 2018, 87 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Palermo Aug. 24, 2018, 87 days in jail.

Tony A. Huffman, 22, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Oct. 15, 2017, $300 fine. 

William E. Bowerman, 52, of Searsmont, driving to endanger in Belfast Aug. 12, 2018, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 12, 2018, dismissed. 

John T. Dayhoof IV, 48, of Lincolnville, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond conditions/restrictions) in Lincolnville March 2, $250 fine; operating under the influence in Lincolnville March 2, dismissed. 

Derek Pomeroy, 32, of Stockton Springs, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area in Stockton Springs April 10, 13 hours in jail and $300 fine. 

Zebediah Maker, 34, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty Aug. 25, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Liberty Aug. 25, five days in jail. 

Ashley Taylor, 45, of Troy, false swearing in Belfast Aug. 15, 2018, $500 fine. 

Joshua M. Cumler Bowie, 46, of Swanville, permitting attachment of false plates in Swanville Aug. 19, $100 fine. 

Laurel A. Hubbard, 55, of Montville, violating a protection from abuse order in Montville Oct. 17, $750 fine; violating a protection from abuse order in Knox Oct. 25, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Knox Oct. 25, dismissed. 

Matthew Powers, 46, of Monroe, domestic violence stalking in Monroe Oct. 27, $250 fine. 

Mikhail Kroening, 20, of Searsport, operating a vehicle without a license in Stockton Springs Sept. 19, dismissed.
