BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 27 - Oct. 3. 

Kyle K. White, 27, of Searsmont, probation violation in Belfast Jan. 30, 2015, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Linda McCuen, 66, of Waldo, operating under the influence in Belfast July 7, 2018, dismissed. 

Elizabeth Cunningham, 40, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Nov. 9, seven days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport Nov. 9, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport March 12, 10 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport March 12, 48 hours in jail.
