BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 19-25. 

Alan D. Alton II, 42, of Solon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity July 19, 2015, 30 days in jail and $1,762.47 restitution. 

Christopher W. Cunningham, 31, of Franklin, cruelty to animals in Burnham July 17, 2016, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation. 

Jesse Grinnell, 29, of Steuben, theft by receiving stolen property in Belfast Aug. 15, 2016, one year in prison and $629.05 restitution; forgery in Belfast Aug. 15, 2016, one year in prison; violating condition of release in Belfast Aug. 15, 2016, six months in jail. 

Devon A. Palmer, 22, of Waterville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 21, 2017, 42 months in prison with all but nine months suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine. 

Tammy McCue, 48, of Knox, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 20, 2017, three years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine. 

Dennis W. Merry Jr., 31, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport Oct. 23, 2017, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $400 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Oct. 23, 2017, $500 fine. 

Anthony L. Sweetland, 23, of Waldo, criminal mischief in Jackson Aug. 27, 2017, unconditional discharge; reckless conduct in Jackson Aug. 27, 2017, dismissed. 

Brian E. Fogg, 28, of Belfast, driving to endanger in Belfast Jan. 13, 2018, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; criminal mischief in Belfast Jan. 13, 2018, dismissed; operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 13, 2018, dismissed. 

Brandon M. Hodgdon, 24, of Swanville, driving to endanger in Belfast Feb. 17, 2018, license suspended for 30 days and $700 fine. 

Mark A. Stovall, 39, of Bucksport, operating under the influence in Searsport March 31, 2018, dismissed. 

Christopher M. Carlson, 40, of Waldoboro, driving to endanger in Thorndike May 12, dismissed. 

Robert J. Sears, 27, of South China, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thorndike May 14, dismissed. 

Rodney L. Larrabee, 55, of Knox, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Freedom May 29, dismissed. 

Samantha J. Reed, 29, of Burnham, operating while license suspended or revoked in Burnham May 19, dismissed. 

Robert M. Cushman III, 28, of Belmont, driving to endanger in Belmont Jan. 5, license suspended for 30 days and $800 fine; operating under the influence in Belmont Jan. 5, dismissed. 

Suzette J. Knowlton, 35, of Montville, operating under the influence in Knox Jan. 22, dismissed. 

Darren E. Corbett, 45, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Lincolnville Feb. 22, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

Heidi A. Resh, 38, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs March 9, dismissed. 

Dean Hustus, 56, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Morrill Dec. 17, two days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

Zachery G. Mosher, 56, of Liberty, violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 1, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 1, $250 fine. 

Paul Hannes Salo Jr., 43, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast March 29, $200 fine. 

Chelsea Dimmitt, 27, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty March 16, $500 fine. 

Isabel P. Hollins, 22, of Northport, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast March 5, $100 fine. 

Colton Ridley, 21, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 23, dismissed.
