Marc S. Gattullo, 29, of Brewster, New York, probation violation in Belfast Oct. 22, 2016, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

William T. Woodrow, 43, of Charlottesville, Virginia, driving to endanger in Belfast Aug. 21, 2017, 30 days in jail and $750 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 21, 2017, dismissed.

Zachary Lieb, 31, of Bradenton, Florida, driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 25, 2017, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 25, 2017, dismissed.

Darin T. Ross, 53, of Queens, New York, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast Nov. 5, 2017, $500 fine; assault (two counts) in Belfast Nov. 5, 2017, both dismissed.

Jacob A. Levangie, 23, of Belfast, burglary in Monroe Oct. 28, 2017, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Monroe Oct. 28, 2017, dismissed.

Samuel D. Lear, 23, of Jackson, assault in Jackson Jan. 14, 2018, three days in jail and $300 fine; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Jackson Jan. 14, 2018, dismissed.

Ryan C. Lefebvre, 30, of Liberty, having contact with a child under 14 in a restricted zone in Liberty May 10, dismissed.

Steven Parker, 54, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Frankfort Sept. 30, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; reckless conduct in Frankfort Sept. 30, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Frankfort Sept. 30, dismissed.
