Merrill D. Mylen, 56, of Winterport, using artificial light to illuminate animals in Morrill Nov. 24, $200 fine; night hunting in Morrill Nov. 24, dismissed.
Jack D. Harvey, 32, of Winterport, using artificial light to illuminate animals in Morrill Nov. 24, $200 fine; possessing an unregistered deer in Morrill Nov. 24, $200 fine; night hunting in Morrill Nov. 24, dismissed.
Nicholas G. Philbrick, 22, of Winterport, discharge of a firearm or crossbow near a dwelling in Frankfort Nov. 24, $250 fine; shooting from a motor vehicle in Frankfort Nov. 24, $250 fine.
Brendon J. McKeen, 21, of Searsport, possessing marijuana at under 21 years of age in Searsport Dec. 17, $350 fine.
Benjamin Barton, 34, of Winterport, burglary of a motor vehicle (six counts) in Winterport July 28, nine months in jail for each count; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (six counts) in Winterport Jul 28, nine months in jail for each count.
Noukane Thongdeng, 38, of China, shooting from a motor vehicle in Palermo Nov. 22, dismissed.
