Waldo County Unified Court, closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 14-24.
Debora E. Farr Delea, 59, of South Portland, passing a stopped school bus on Islesboro March 24, dismissed.
Judith Mayo, 52, of Hampden, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Feb. 6, dismissed.
Astin L. Merry, 33, of Searsport, probation violation in Searsport May 10, 2017, seven months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Angel Newton, 27, of Brooks, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville Aug. 2, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended, one year of administrative release and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Swanville Aug. 2, dismissed.
Tyler Ellsworth, 19, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Frankfort March 28, nine months in jail with all but 16 days suspended and two years of probation.
Arlo Redman IV, 44, of Searsmont, possessing an unregistered deer in Searsmont Nov. 9, $300 fine.
Bryan E. Rolerson, 60, of Liberty, illegal transportation of an animal or bird in Liberty Nov. 16, $100 fine.
