Christopher K. Patten, 48, of Monroe, failing to appear for a disclosure or contempt hearing in Belfast Dec. 18, 2015, 28 days in jail.

Ryan Curtis, 23, of Plymouth, reckless conduct in Burnham Sept. 17, 2016, 30 days in jail and $1,000 fine.

Scott A. Moores, 39, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Swanville March 5, 2017, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Helene C. Charette, 58, of Morrill, assault in Morrill Nov. 1, dismissed.

Donald Southland, 42, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Knox Dec. 8, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.

Robin Muir, 26, of Lincolnville, unlawful sexual touching in Lincolnville March 18, dismissed.

Sarah Leclerc, 27, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 12, dismissed.

Carmine J. Ferrante, 44, of Belfast, aggravated assault in Belfast June 28, dismissed; assault on an officer in Belfast June 28, dismissed.

Jeffrey J. Harvey, 57, of Jackson, domestic violence assault in Thorndike July 4, nine months in jail with all but 70 days suspended and two years of probation.

Tavis Lettre, 32, of Palermo, operating under the influence in Liberty July 28, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

George T. Reefer, 26, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Searsmont June 8, $150 fine.

Jordan L. Mimms, 32, of Merrimack, New Hampshire, operating a vehicle without a license on Islesboro June 21, $150 fine.

Richard E. Carroll, 26, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 28, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 28, $250 fine; operating after registration suspended in Belfast Aug. 28, $100 fine.

Lila M. Nation, 44, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 27, $100 fine; criminal trespass in Belfast July 27, dismissed.

Shayla Belote, 28, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 24, 72 hours in jail and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 10, 72 hours in jail and $500 fine.

Robert S. Larrabee, 40, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport July 12, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine.

Octavia Evans, 18, of Searsmont, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Aug. 3, $200 fine.

Samuel Hoad, 38, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Winterport Sept. 1, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.

James W. Cilley, 35, of Searsmont, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Searsmont Aug. 17, $100 fine.

Deborah A. Demuth, 67, of South China, failure to register a vehicle in Palermo Aug. 5, $50 fine.
