BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court June 9 - Sept. 8. 

David A. Hyatt, 78, of Winterport, probation violation in Winterport June 15, 2006, eight months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Mitchell Dicenzo, 28, of Calais, aggravated criminal trespass in Belfast June 1, 2014, 30 days in jail; assault in Belfast June 1, 2014, seven days  in jail.

Shawn N. Perito, 24, of Brooks, probation violation in Belfast Dec. 13, 2014, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Randy Tremaine, 44, of Thorndike, aggravated criminal mischief in Thorndike March 14, 2015, three years in prison with all but 18 months in prison and two years of probation.

Christopher Beeton, 29, of Warren, probation violation (two counts) in Belmont Jan. 17, 2014, 105 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued for each count.

Brian W. Knight, 44, of Knox, probation violation in Freedom April 15, 2014, 12 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Spencer W. McGarey, 47, of Unity, probation violation in Unity Feb. 10, 2014, 30 months in prison,  probation partially revoked and continued.

Robert J. Hubbard Sr., 54, of Unity, probation violation in Unity May 1, 2014, probation partially revoked.

Thomas A. Emery, 23, of Medway, probation violation in Winterport Nov. 24, 2012, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Glenn Reed, 69, of Searsmont, probation violation in Waldo June 1, 2012, six years, ten months in prison and probation revoked.
