BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court  Oct. 28 - Dec. 15. 

Robert J. Hubbar Sr., 54, of Unity, probation violation in Unity May 1, 2014, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Kenneth J. Joondeph, 54, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast March 8, 2006, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Paul B. Trask, 35, of Winterport, probation violation in Winterport March 15, 2014, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Sydney F. Smith, 45, of Frankfort, probation violation in Winterport July 15, 1998, eight years in prison with all but three years suspended and six years of probation.

Jonathan E. Davis, 34, of Buxton, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox Dec. 9, 2013, eight years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine.

Glenn Reed, 69, of Lincolnville, probation violation in Waldo June 1, 2012, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Craig R. Carlson, 30, of Rochester, N.H., probation violation in Northport Dec. 14, 2012, (two charges,) nine months in jail and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Jonathan E. Ward, 39, of Belfast, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast July 23, 2013, eight months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Jerry Conary, 23, of Brewer, probation violation in Searsport June 5, 2014, eight months 25 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Holly J. Ward, 43, of Belmont, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 5, probation partially revoked and continued.
