Waldo County Superior Court closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court April 22 - May 12.
Tonya Milliken, 44, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast Dec. 19, 2012, 24 hours in jail and $200 restitution.
Daniel G. Danforth II, 38, of Swanville, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Swanville Nov. 18, 2013, probation continued.
Latisha L. Cook, 21, of Belmont, assault in Belmont June 14, 2014, six months in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, one year of probation, and $4,248 restitution.
Michael G. Robbins, 47, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 11, 2014, $350 fine; criminal trespass in Belfast Oct. 11, 2014, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 11, 2014, dismissed.
Amy Doak, 30, of Levant, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont Feb. 28, 2015, 18 months in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine.
Lewis Dyer, 46, of Waldo, probation violation in Belfast Jan. 1, 2005, probation partially revoked.
Christopher White, 37, of Portland, probation violation in Freedom Sept. 1, 2004, four years in prison and probation partially revoked.
Neil Warren, 28, of Dexter, probation violation in Waldo July 14, 2011, probation partially revoked.
Joyce A. Christie, 64, of Belfast, desecration and defacement in Belfast Sept.4, 2014, $300 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Sept. 4, 2014, dismissed.
Corey L. Merrill, 26, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Aug. 7, 2014, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Matthew Dean, 43, of Liberty, terrorizing in Liberty Jan. 2, 2015, 10 days in jail; terrorizing in Liberty Jan. 2, 2015, dismissed.
