BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court April 8-21.
April M. Campo, 25, of Lincolnville, probation violation April 1, 2014, seven months in jail and probation revoked.
Torin S. O’Connell, 21, of Fairfield, unlawful sexual contact in Unity Sept. 12, 2012, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Unity Sept. 12, 2012, 10 days in jail.
Isaac C. Hubbard, 34, of Brooks, theft by deception in Brooks July 21, 2012, dismissed; making a false statement in Brooks July 21, 2012, dismissed.
Amanda E. Fowler, 31, of Thorndike, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Montville Feb. 20, 2014, four days in jail.
Barrett E. Ridley, 23, of Belfast, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast May 20, 2014, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 12, 2014, 48 hours in jail and $750 fine.
Adam R. Cross, 46, of Belmont, gross sexual assault in Belfast June 1, 2014, dismissed; unlawful sexual contact in Belfast June 1, 2014, dismissed.
Erin E. Holt, 42, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Oct. 1, 2014, dismissed; violating condition of release in Unity Oct. 1, 2014, five days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Oct. 1, 2014, five days in jail and $500 fine.
Crystal Curtis, 31, of Brooks, negotiating a worthless instrument in Tory July 24, 2014, dismissed; negotiating a worthless instrument in Troy July 24, 2014, $250 fine.
