Waldo County Superior Court closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court Jan. 29 - Feb. 11.
Shawn A. Adams, 38, of Northport, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Belfast Nov. 2, 2014, 58 days in jail; operating a defective vehicle in Belfast Nov. 2, 2014, 58 days in jail; theft by receiving stolen property in Belfast Nov. 2, 2014, 58 days in jail.
Audrey A. Cook, 36, of Stockton Springs, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 27, 2014, 36 months in prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 29, 2014, 60 days in jail and $400 fine.
Robert Dawson, 26, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast May 31, 2012, eight months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
William G. Mattingly, 34, of Troy, probation violation in Troy June 10, 2009, probation partially revoked.
Mark D. Meierdirk,42, of Waterville, probation violation in Unity March 1, 2012, 289 days in jail and probation revoked; probation violation in Unity Feb. 11, 2013, 41 months in prison and probation revoked.
Christopher Sudsbury, 44, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 30, 2013, eight years in prison and $400 fine.
