Owen R. Adair, 24, of Vinalhaven, violating condition of release in Winterport Nov. 16, 2014, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Nov. 16, 2014, six months in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Nov. 16, six months in jail and $250 fine.

Jeremy Bennett, 26, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox Jan. 23, 2014, $400 fine; violating condition of release in Knox Jan. 23, 2014, $200 fine.

Joyce M. Carpenter, 46, of Fairfield, negotiating a worthless instrument in Unity May 8, one year in prison with all but four days suspended, one year of probation and $654.51 in restitution.

Joseph J. Debeck, 35, of Pittsfield, assault in Burnham July 16, 2014, $300 fine; criminal trespass in Burnham July 16, 2014, $500 fine; aggravated criminal trespass in Burnham July 16, 2014, dismissed.

Jason Durgin, of Brunswick, assault in Belfast June 1, 2014, 14 days in jail and $300 fine.

Kenneth W. Gray, 27 of Sedgwick, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Frankfort March 10, dismissed.

Kevin C. Jewell, 27, of Searsport, violating conditions of release in Winterport Aug. 1, 2013, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Aug. 1, 2013, six months in jail and $7,435 in restitution.

Christopher M. King, 28, of Searsport, assault in Montville July 20, 2014, $300 fine; domestic violence assault in Montville July 20, 2014, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Montville July 20, 2014, dismissed; terrorizing in Montville July 20, 2014, dismissed.

James D. Kuhn, 29, of Brooks, domestic violence assault in Brooks Jan. 8, 2014, 364 days in prison with all but 10 days suspended and one year of probation; domestic violence assault in Brooks March 28, 2014, dismissed.

Terry Lawson, 41, of Rockport, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Lincolnville June 2, 2014, three years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine.

Daniel Riedy, 34, of Belfast, illegal possession of a firearm in Belfast Jun 13, 2013, three days in jail; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Belfast June 13, 2013, 18 months in prison with all but three days suspended and one year of probation.

Mikaela A. Slagger, 19, of Belfast, domestic violence terrorizing (two counts) in Waldo April 6, 2014, both dismissed; terrorizing (two counts) in Waldo April 6, 2014, $300 fine for each count.
Shelby L. Tapley, 20, of Waldo, probation violation in Swanville March 28, 2014, 53 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
