BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court July 30 - Aug. 12.

April M Campo, 24, of Lincolnville, probation violation April 1, 2013, seven days in jail and probation partially revoked.

Harold D. Duprey, 31, of Burnham, probation violation in Unity Oct. 3, 2013, four months in jail and probation partially revoked.

Nicholas Hart, 29, of Bucksport, cultivating marijuana in Brooks July 1, 2014, nine months in jail.

Kerston E. Lane, 38, of Brooks, cultivating marijuana in Brooks July 1, 2014, one year in prison and $400 fine.

Harold E. Leathers Jr., 45, of Searsmont, violating condition of release in Searsmont Jan. 16, 20 days in jail; failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Searsmont Jan. 16, 20 days in jail.

Danielle Megalaitis, 32, of Palmyra, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 13, 2013, 45 days in jail; violating condition of release in Belfast Feb. 13, 2013, 45 days in jail.

Edwin Y. Morris IV, 31, of Benton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Unity Nov. 26, 2009, three years two months and 29 days in prison and probation revoked.

Joey A. Philbrook, 29, of Knox, probation violation in Unity June 1, 2013, two years in prison and probation partially revoked.
